During COVID-19, not only are all healthcare workers risking their health to save + care for others, but they are also having to endure hardship as they stand in for families who cannot be their with their loved ones, to help their patients transition to the afterlife. This can be incredibly taxiing on the mind and I pray this can reach those who need this. Please share this meditation with those you love who are on the frontlines.
